A DAY AND LIFE
FIRST, I GIVE ALL THE GLORY AND PRAISE TO GOD AND THE HEALING POWER OF OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST, WHICH ALLOWS ME TO LOOK AS IF I HAVE NO ILLNESS. AFTER NOT GIVING UP ON THIS TEST AND TRIAL, IT IS BY HIS GRACE, HIS MERCY AND THE COMFORT OF THE HOLY SPIRIT LEADING ME INTO THE RIGHT DIVINE APPOINTMENTS TO RECEIVE MEDICAL HELP. I KNOW THAT HE IS WITH ME ALWAYS, EVEN IF I GET UPSET AND ACT OUT EMOTIONALLY RESPONDING TO THE PAIN, GOD UNDERSTANDS.
Hello, my name is Regina,
I live with Fibromyalgia which is a chronic illness that has no cure. THIS IS MY PERSONAL JOURNAL AND EXPERIENCE WITH THIS ILLNESS. I CAN TELL YOU FROM SUPPORT GROUPS AND DOCTORS SOME PATIENTS MAY EXPERIENCE SOME OF THE SAME SYMPTOMS BUT, TO WHAT EXTENT IS WHERE THEY DIFFER.
I will first start with Fibromyalgia and end with Lupus in a later article, because this is what happened to me back in 2004 when I was officially diagnosed. Fibromyalgia is described as widespread pain in the muscles, aching and stiffness with associated sleep disturbance and fatigue. There is 18 trigger points and 11 must be present, along with the other symptoms swelling, joint pain, neurological symptoms, headaches and migraines, irritable bowel syndrome, irritable bladder, morning stiffness, Raynaud’s Phenomenon, memory problems and cognitive difficulty. I’ve learned that some believe that even the biblical suffering of Job were those of a Fibromyalgia person: "The night racks my bones, and the pain that gnaws me takes no rest" Job 30:17. I'm going to end with this, next month I look forward to more details that will WOW you.
This wraps up the first addition of Gina’s Corner.
Until next month to God be the Glory, In Jesus Name,
