In a time where sex outside of marriage, shacking up, and perversion is the norm for all types of relationships including both heterosexual and homosexual, one night stands, orgies and the like, this is not a question that many choose to ponder....
Should I say, "No, to sex before marriage."
God granted us free will to do as we desire. We have chosen to not fight temptation and in many cases quickly yield to the desires of the flesh. Just because we have been given the freedom to do as we choose, does not mean it is wise to do so.
This exercised freedom has been a gateway to unfaithfulness, perversion, broken homes, disease, domestic violence, jealousy, single parenting, and many other unhealthy conditions. These misfortunes exist not only for partakers of such lifestyles, but pose disadvantages to the lives of people connected to them.
World Health Organization recently announced an incurable strain of gonorrhea in which antibiotics are non-responsive to treating this sexually transmitted disease. The treatable strain of gonorrhea is currently contracted by 78 million people worldwide with most cases effecting men and women under age 25.

Also, the word of God provides us with this warning concerning sexual sin. "Flee from sexual immorality, Every other sin a person commits is outside the body, but the sexually immoral person sins against his own body. Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, who you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body." 1 Corinth 6:18-20 (ESV)
